It's Gonna Be Awesome!

Well, today is going to be 80 degrees or so. The sun will be shining, the beer will flow and I'll be slanging some tunes.

I'm looking forward to playing the First Annual Kelly's Eastside Mardi Gras Parking Lot Party TODAY from 12-6, and I play from 2:30 until 6!!!

And, let's face it, many of you are just plain fans of day-drinking and asked when you can day-drink while listening to my unique brand of musicality.

Bring your welding glasses to shield your eyes from my natural Irish skin tone and join in the musical fun.

The party runs from noon to 5:30 pm and will feature:

- Cajun tailgate food

- Cold Beer

- The MS150 Raffle!!!

Come for the start of the party and check out live music from Tyler from noon to 2! Then we'll have a bit of setup time and I'll get rolling.

I am back from my holiday hibernation and ready to breathe new musical life into 2014.

 

After Icemageddon forced a cancellation in December, I am really happy to get a chance to play a new venue this weekend. And for all of you clamoring for Denton County gigs, this should help satiate your appetite for acoustical covers with a healthy dose of humor and randomness! And, it's an early show, so come out, check out the place, have some food, drinks and general merriment!

I'm Back - Sorry About That Whole Sick Cancellation Thing

Well, I'm back. Sort of.

Thanks, music fans, and loyal readers (both of you), for your understanding of my recent illness and the unfortunate late cancellation last week at Kelly's Eastside.

Spending all day on Thanksgiving and the following day in bed hacking up a lung was not the way I wanted to spend a holiday! I'd much rather have been singing for, and drinking with, you guys!

But fret not, I'm on the upswing health-wise and looking forward to playing some tunes for you at a brand new venue for me!

All those folks who've been after me to play Denton County - this one's for you guys. I'll be picking tunes for the first time at B.F.D (Bar-Fun-Dining) in Flower Mound! And it's an early start, so let's consider my hijinks dinner theater.
